Venture further afield to neighbouring Padstow Wadebridge and Newquay and enjoy the county s finest restaurants including many celebrity restaurants all within easy reach. During the day visit Cornwall s famous coastline with sheltered coves rugged cliffs traditional fishing village harbours and endless sandy beaches with world-famous Fistral Beach. The Eden Project Lands End St Micheal s Mount The Minack Theatre and numerous wonderful National Trust or English Heritage sites. Activities: own a pony experience; great for the young ones look after a miniature pony during your stay meet your pony in the morning at the stables and take him for a walk around the park prior to opening visit him in the day and groom him whenever you want. Fishing: available after 6pm. Outside: relax in the enclosed spacious garden with hot tub or enjoy a BBQ on the large private patio. Park open April- October- see Crealy s website for details. Park access restricted to normal operating hours; parts of the park open exclusively for on-site guests during winter season; children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For your safety height and or/age restrictions apply to some attractions. Some facilities or attractions may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice. The accommodation is equipped and furnished to a high standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and en-suite shower room with WC 2 twins both with TV s one with 3 beds and one with 2 6 beds. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open plan with woodburner iPod docking station TV and DVD and patio doors leading to the decked area and sunken hot tub. Well-equipped kitchen area with integral electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/ freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with decking incorporation the sunken hot tub and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking bed linen towels electric gas Wi-Fi and full admission to Cornwall s Crealy Adventure Park included. 1 small dog by arrangement please note that dogs are not permitted on the park. Wadebridge is a town in Cornwall, England, situated either side of the River Camel just upstream from Padstow. It is located not far from Egloshayle, St Breock, Whitecross, St Endellion, Washaway, and Port Isaac and is one of more than two hundred and fifty towns or villages in Cornwall in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest official city is the Cornish capital of Truro.
The old A39 road used to pass right through Wadebridge, causing much congestion, especially in summer months, in the town itself. In 1991, however, a bypass was built which has alleviated this problem and allowed some of the town to be pedestrianized, giving it back much of its original character.
The town used to have a railway line running along the river side towards Padstow on the coast, but this was closed along with many other branch lines but now forms the path of the 'Camel Trail' cycle route, which is popular with tourists and affords beautiful views across the estuary.
